Our Board

GAIL MURPHY is the Founder, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Gail founded Clique In when her son became a victim of bullying, and she discovered that schools had no real solution to help her child. Gail brings 18 years of advocacy experience cultivated during her work as an attorney. She represented clients while working in private practice in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and in the corporate realm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Gail received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Camden; and her graduate certification in Employee Benefits Law from Temple Law School in Philadelphia. Gail is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar, serves as an arbitrator for the City of Philadelphia, and is a trained mediator. She currently lives in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with her two sons. Gail is committed to raising public awareness regarding the many negative consequences of bullying, and providing a means to reform bullying behaviors in our schools and communities.

BARBARA MARTIN serves as the Vice President of Operations at Clique In and Vice President on the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Clique In, she served our country for 21 years in the United States Air Force where she rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Barbara honed her operations experience during complex military operations in places which include war zones and strife ridden Haiti. Stateside, Barbara was the Director of Training and Standardization, overseeing training and evaluation programs for over 650 military personnel. Barbara holds a Medical-Surgical Nurse board certification and is a recognized expert in training and education. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University. Barbara is a resident of Mount Laurel, New Jersey where she lives with her husband, two sons and two dogs. She intends to fulfill the Clique In mission of reforming bullying behavior to protect all children.

LORI MCFADDEN serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors. Lori is a leader in global financial systems implementation. She brings to the position years of non-profit experience through work in finance, project management, and accounting for non-profit organizations and fortune 500 companies in South Jersey and Philadelphia. Lori is currently a partner in Visions in Innovative Accounting, an accounting consulting firm located in New Jersey. She is also dedicated to serving her community. In the past, Lori held the position of Recreation President for Delanco Township, and PTA President of St. Casimir’s Catholic school in Riverside, New Jersey. She is currently active with the Recreation Commission of Delanco. Lori McFadden lives in Delanco with her daughter and husband. Lori knows firsthand the pain of bullying, as her own daughter was a bullying victim. She is dedicated to achieving Clique In’s mission of reforming bullying behavior in our schools.

DAN RUOTOLO brings many years of specialized non-profit accounting experience to his service on the Board of Directors.  As the Managing Partner at Ruotolo, Spewak & Co., he has been serving the community as a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years. With a deep roster of non-profit clients Dan specializes in serving the non-profit community. Dan provides audit, tax and consulting services, in addition to holding seminars on various topics for college students, peers and the public. Dan received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with high honors, from Rutgers University and his Master’s degree in Taxation from Temple University. Dan also works with varying organizations to ensure deserving students receive college scholarships.
